Wow 1 year later! Top 10 reasons I love the CFRN

Just realized it was one year ago today that I discovered the CFRN and joined...so in honor of that here's my top 10 list of why I love the CFRN :)

10. My knowledge of Christian female MC's has grown exponentially! See timeline below:

bout 20 years ago- I was introduced to Christian Rap & knew of one Christian female MC: MVP wife of one of the Dynamic Twins

15 years ago- I could count on one hand: Elle R.O.C., Alicia of A1 Swift, & Tess local ATX rapper.

5 years ago- One more: Tragedy out of Houston

1 year ago--- Good God Almighty! So this is where all ya'll been...LOL

9. I've got new artists & new music to introduce to the world!

8. Got enough music to finally do an all ladies show for black history month on All The Way Live!

7. Ya'll are as patient and supportive as my family with all my show n tells!

6. Got Inspired to help host an historic All Ladies Night for Friday night Jamz & later the Stay Fit women's workshop which still runs quarterly!

5. I've discovered & gained a greater appreciation for the local women involved in urban ministry in the ATX.

4. The network acutally works...one of the few where people actually talk back & connect!

3. I've had a chance to actually meet & minister with some of you wonderful CFRN chics..how awesome is that!

2. The fellowship & accountabilty is so full of the Holy Ghost!

and the number #1 reason I got love for the CFRN......

1. I can now get in a size 12 pants thanks to the CFRN Ftiness Challenge...last time I did that was 20 years ago when I didn't hardly know any Christian femcees....possible connection....I wonder...LOL

Sista's you have all been an inspiration in one way or another & I count myself blessed that God would allow me to know ya'll! I c ya'll puttin it down and my prayers are with you! Let's get it! 2010 has much in store for all of us!!!
